Campaign Work

I serve as the Youth Campaign Chair of Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan’s Independent bid for Michigan governor.

As the Youth Campaign Chair for Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan’s independent gubernatorial run, I’ve embraced the responsibility of being a leader in our state through policy events and voter outreach for our generation. I’ve organized events (such as a youth technology event at Davenport University), run fundraisers in both Ann Arbor and Detroit, led youth policy update meetings with Mayor Duggan, and connected with people across the state who are tired of “us versus them” politics. This role has been a platform for me to empower other young people across Michigan, fostering civic engagement that thrives on fresh leadership and innovative solutions for our generation. As a high school student on the executive campaign team, it’s been incredibly exciting to become a leader in our state for a gubernatorial campaign. I’m dedicated to thinking critically, respectfully engaging with Michiganders from all political backgrounds, and inspiring others to shape a future that moves beyond division in our state.
